Conditions of Reference Scheme
The
Reference Scheme is open to select residents of Delhi NCR, India,
subject to local levies, taxes etc as per the law of the land.
It is a reference sales
Scheme applicable only at Ambe Bajaj ( or Ambe Auto herein after)
showrooms in New Delhi, India. Deliveries only at Ambe Bajaj our
showrooms in
New Delhi, India.
Welcome
to this Unique Promotion to Earn limitless.
Please go through the
terms and conditions mentioned hereby before proceeding further. The
Objective is to grow Ambe Bajaj Family beyond its geographical area
of operations. If you are socially active and have good contacts, you
can EARN even without purchasing any bike. Just keep giving
references and get "Reference Cash Back" one after the
other.
You can EARN as much as you can and sky is the limit.
The Chart provides details of simple earning per reference delivery
upto 50 months. More the references, More your EARN. Isn't it now fun
to EARN.
No deposits, No
Condition of buying to enter the scheme. We charge only nominal one
time registration fee (Rs. 500/- adjusted in your incentives once
only) to meet expenses of running this promotion. So you need not
pay anything in advance. But Registration is must to participate in
the scheme. The registration renewal is required on annual basis
subject to acceptance of Ambe Bajaj.
The Registration itself
makes you eligible, after its 30 days, for savings upto Rs. 1000/- on
your own purchase of any Bajaj Bike from Ambe Bajaj valid upto 31st
December 2008.
Every new Registration
shall be activated within 72 hours of submission of simple
registration details after verification of data submitted. To avoid
any misappropriation, on case to case basis, Ambe Bajaj can demand
for the proof of the information submitted like voter card etc.
One
time Registration fee of Rs. 500/- adjustable against first
savings/earning as per the scheme chart.
Always quote your
unique member ID whenever you communicate with Ambe Bajaj.
While registration you
will be given usrname/password for future login to see personal
reference account and any other related details. One can give any no.
of references. There is no restriction. Either after one year or
after 50 reference deliveries, fresh registration is must.
In case no reference
delivery takes place for first 45 days of registration, the
membership is turned inactive and all benefits stands withdrawn
without any prior intimation to anyone.
Staff of Ambe Bajaj,
its associates, vendors etc.and residents of select areas in the
radius of about 2 kms of our dealership operations/showrooms or
branches at New Delhi are not
eligible
to enter in this promotion. No benefits will be given even if the
reference delivery is affected. No such claims will be entertained.
To EARN the reference incentive(s), the reference should either be
informed thru fax at 41909010 and mail at enquiry@ambebajaj.com in
advance of min. 30 hours before the purchase. Any reference informed
with 30 hours or after purchase/delivery shall not be considered as
reference sales under the scheme and no incentive payable on
such delivery (ies).
The benefit of reference sales will be
eligible only after delivery and when the sales transactions are
complete in every respect with no balance amount from the purchaser.
Price as per Co. standard price list on the date of delivery will be
applicable.
The participating
member agrees to provide full indemnity to Ambe Bajaj, its owners,
partners, employees, associates against any and every liability
whatsoever in regard to reference scheme promotion. Ambe
Auto/Ambe Bajaj has the final right to accept or terminate the
membership and/or this scheme without any advance notice/intimation
and without assigning any reason whatsoever to its member(s) or
anyone else related to reference scheme.
Any
misappropriation of ethical process in regard to reference scheme
by any member (s) would automatically lead to termination of such
membership(s) with no compensation/claim in any respect. No amount as
incentive shall be payable by Ambe Bajaj.
In case of any dispute,
the decision of Ambe Bajaj/Ambe Auto shall be final and binding on
everyone involved in such dispute. Members would be able to see their
respective accounts by login at www.ambebajaj.com.
This facility shall be available in due course of time else they can
mail to know the status at enqiry@ambebajaj.com.
Reference
incentives payments shall be settled once a month. The cheque(s), if
any would be issued in favour of customer/beneficiary accounts only.
Govt. taxes & levies shall be applicable under the law of the
land. The statement would be sent through mail on monthly basis. Free
Gift worth Rs. 500/- to each member on achievement of 10th, 20th,
30th and 40th reference delivery of the bike from Ambe Bajaj shall be
delivered only at Ambe Bajaj Showroom.
Though every effort
shall be made to make this scheme successful, Ambe Bajaj/Ambe Auto
reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to change, modify,
cancel, close the scheme without any advance notice to any and every
member or any such person/party involved in the reference scheme.
Financing of vehicle for a Reference case shall be at the
sole discretion of the concerned Financier. Ambe Bajaj has no role in
this at all. If the case is rejected by a financier, it shall not be
considered under reference scheme
The
above mentioned reference scheme is for individuals and
strictly not for institutions in any way. Further, reference
scheme benefits cannot be clubbed with any other promotion(s)
being run time to time under Bajaj Auto Ltd or Ambe Bajaj/Auto at any
point of running this reference scheme.
The
Reference Scheme Benefits are applicable for deliveries as per
Bajaj Auto provided On Road Price applicable on the date of
delivery. Any discount on on-road price to the purchaser will
disqualify the member for any reference scheme benefit. Please note
clearly.
Given
the opportunity to EARN without any investment, the scheme has
potential to EARN in right way by spreading the scheme as much as one
can in the true spirit of growing Ambe Bajaj customer base
geographically.
